1:1 Personal Training

Become the best version of yourself with getting fitter and stronger in one to one sessions.                                           My 1 to 1 Personal Training includes all of the following inclusions:

  • Initial 45 min consult

  • Check in weekly

  • Personalised Training Program Based Around your goals (includes online programme on my PT hubb)

  • Baseline testing if required

  • Technique breakdowns/exercise guidance

  • Stretching to aid Recovery & mobility

  • Nutritional Guidance

  • Training planned around menstrual cycle

  • Body Measurements and Skinfolds on request- 6 week progress pictures

  • Exercise videos on training app

  • 24/7 support via sms/email

Group training:

Small-group sessions (up to 4 people). Train with your mates, stay accountable, and push each other to get results. It's cost effective too!

Receive up to 5 personalised training sessions each week, all delivered through my coaching app for easy access and tracking.

Online programming & coaching

If you want a clear plan to follow, ongoing support, and someone keeping you on track, but don’t need me physically standing next to you, this is for you.
